Dierre Group informs that an agreement has been signed for the acquisition of the company Werden Spa and the historical design studio VegaProgetti.
With its 5000 square metre plant in Borgo Ticino (NO), “Werden” is a leading company in the production of fairings for machine tools and medium-light carpentry. Founded in 2006, it has gradually grown thanks to the quality of the products and services offered, the team's in-depth technical expertise, professionalism and the use of state-of-the-art technological support. In the last two years it has consolidated its success through the merger with VegaProgetti, which specialises in the design and engineering of machine tool and all other industrial product fairings. The group offers a complete service, from design to prototype and subsequent series production, in close synergy with the customer and their needs.
With a view to reinforcing the Soundproofing division and taking advantage of the example tested with great success with BU Aluminum, Dierre Group is expanding its product range and adds 10 million Euro of Werden’s turnover to the 60 million Euro of the Group’s turnover.
This acquisition will not bring any changes to the existing company asset and will consolidate the production and customer culture strategy that characterises Werden and that has allowed this company to achieve an extraordinary brand positioning on the national industrial market.
The closing of the transaction is scheduled for October.
