Dierre will be at the next HANNOVER Messe trade fair in Germany from 23rd to 27th April 2018 (Hall 16, Stand D03) where the companies of the Group will present a complete range of technological solutions dedicated to the automatic machinery guarding, automation systems and industrial robotics designed to make automated production processes faster and easier. For several years, the Fiorano-based company has been pursuing a group industrial growth strategy, which has enabled it to increase its turnover from € 14.5 million to € 36 million between 2015 and 2017 and increase its workforce from 100 to 230 employees. The Dierre Robotics Business Unit will also be among the protagonists and will present the latest version of the collaborative desktop robot Ciao! A real, safe, reliable and versatile collaborative robot that works alongside the operator; if it encounters an obstacle, it stops immediately, enabling the operator to work in complete safety.
Also in the spotlight are the technological solutions of our Motion Business Unit that is specialized in the design and construction of precise and reliable linear modules. A complete range of solutions with sizes from 50 to 360, including toothed belt, ball screw, rack and pinion, and linear motor drives that move on caged recirculating ball bearing guides and profiled rollers. A wide range of linear motion solutions that adapt perfectly to the specific requests of the Customer. Among the new products from Gruppo Dierre are the new ULTRA and PRO modular sheet metal perimeter guards that are the result of the synergy between Dierre and Sintesi, the leading company in the industrial soundproofing sector that became part of Gruppo Dierre in 2017.
Its strength and aesthetics make the safety guard a distinctive element in the design of production plant and production cells. The careful design of the basic modules and the integration of windows and door systems enable them to be installed easily and quickly, transforming the guards into a real “made to measure” booth that is customized according to customer requirements. To guarantee total safety, the ULTRA and PRO guards comply with EN 14120 and EN 13587 regarding the prevention of accidents and the health and safety of workers.
